Initial Paperwork and Forms – Through a link sent in an email from Hill Country Wellness, clients will be invited to our secure internet client portal for the purpose of accessing and completing initial paperwork and forms. Completing these prior to your first visit will help you to make the most of your time and help our professionals to better understand how to best help you.
