Hill Country Wellness provides Behavioral Health Services, (professional counseling and therapy) to individuals, couples, and families.
Telemental Health Visits are available for those who would prefer to join their sessions from home.

Payments Accepted - Hill Country Wellness accepts private pay as well as the insurances listed below. Some clients prefer to use private pay to protect their privacy and/or allow for more freedom in how they receive services. Many insurance companies require that a diagnosis be assigned and this becomes part of the client’s permanent healthcare record. Additionally, insurance companies can, and often do, place limitations on the scope and length of treatment. Those clients who wish to have less limitations on their services, or those who prefer to not have a third party have access to their behavioral health diagnosis may want to consider private pay.

Hours of Operation – Hill Country Wellness is open Mon – Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM.
Weekend appointments are also available from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Sessions are 55 minutes long.

Court Related Services $1500/day

Low Cost Option
We recognize that many potential clients seeking therapy cannot afford the rates of our therapists who do not take insurance, and/or do not have insurance benefits to adequately cover therapy services. Therefore, we also offer a lower cost therapy option of therapy services with a therapist-intern. The rate for a standard 50-minute session is $60 with our Associate Interns and $35 with our Student Interns (Please see details near bottom of this page).
Initial Paperwork – Upon scheduling your first visit with us, we may send you an email with a link to a secure site where you can complete paperwork needed to proceed with services. See our "Forms" section.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made within less than 24 hours can result in the client being charged the Late Cancellation Fee of $35. The No-Show fee is $55.
Policy Regarding Completion of Forms from External Entities – It is not the policy of Hill Country Wellness to provide official recommendation on the fitness of a client to be eligible for disability accommodations, service animals, leaves of absence from employment, etc. Any such recommendations are provided on very rare occasion. Decisions regarding these are done on a case-by-case basis and there is no guarantee that any such recommendation will be provided.

All LPC Associates, LMFT Associates, and Licensed Masters Social Workers have Master's degrees, are trained to provide professional therapy/marriage and family therapy, and receive clinical supervision, as part of their experience requirements for full licensure.
All Practicum Student Interns are enrolled in graduate school and seeing clients to develop their skills and complete their graduate requirements. Practicum Students receive supervision from a licensed clinician, their university professor, and participate in co-therapy with a licensed therapist.
