My hope is to create a meaningful connection with each person, so that together we can work towards healing and growth.
My many years of experience in a hospital setting has led me to be more compassionate, supportive, and interested in each dilemma that presents itself. With collaborative work between clients and myself, each topic that comes into the therapy space is given the time and commitment it deserves. Life can be full of scary or frustrating moments, I strive to offer a safe environment for each person to feel safe speaking about their concerns.
In 2021 I graduated from Oregon State University with my Bachelors in Psychology, and am currently gaining my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I hope to gain experience working with couples, families, individuals, and children through a solution focused lens. Navigation through the issues, and finding a collaborative way to find a solution will be important. I look forward to helping clients find their inner strength, and work towards their goals in a safe and accepting space.
In my free time, I enjoy painting, being a mom to my two energetic kids, listening to interesting podcasts, and hiking out in nature as often as possible.
