I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and received my education from The University of Texas at San Antonio. I have experience working with individuals with severe mental health conditions such as Major Depression, Bipolar, and Schizophrenia. I specialize in helping individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, stress, relationships issues, addictions or in need of career guidance. I also enjoy helping families and couples resolve issues that affect the functioning of the family unit or relationship.
My approach to counseling depends on you as a person as there is no “one size fits all” but generally, I use a thought based, inter-relational, and/or solution focused orientation. This is done in a safe environment where you can process your emotions and problems. Take the first step by calling and we can get started on your journey towards wellness.
