I enjoy using my skills to provide individual and family therapy to those struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues. I specialize in working on marital conflict and helping couples grow in their communication style. For those couples facing fertility difficulties, I have extensive knowledge and experience in this area.
I also specialize in working with children and adolescents on coping with divorce and other sources of severe emotional distress, as well as everyday challenges. I include the teaching of parenting skills to enhance parent/child bonding. As your therapist, we'll collaborate to help you and/or your family reach your goals.

My passion is helping children, teens, and their families with challenging situations in their life. I believe medication masks the true root of the problem, so I use play therapy, art therapy, and sand-play therapy with families that are struggling with behavior problems, Autism, depression, school difficulties, divorce, parenting skills, and grief.
We all understand how hard it can be to grow up, find yourself, and deal with what life throws at you, so let’s help your family together.
